Listing Plan D - Fee For Service

Best opportunity for the FSBO who hasn't yet found a buyer and others who want to save money and still get the job done. You pay only for the services you want and need.  It's our "Fee for Service Plan". Includes MLS and Internet options!

Plan 'D' allows the Seller to pick and choose any 'Service' while still providing the most 'Essential Services'. Listing your property in the Realtor's MLS provides your listing to all Realtors in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex. The cost is variable depending upon services actually utilized and the 'Other Services' you select. No Representation of a Realtor is made with this plan.

Prepare and negotiate lease if required

Hourly Rate

Broker services not otherwise mentioned - Please note that Broker's Hourly Fee for services not otherwise mentioned (if requested or required) is $126.000 per hour. ²a retainer will be required

Payment is due before services are rendered and non-refundable. Services are only billed and payable when actually used.

Offer Evaluation and Negotiation and Inspections and Repairs fees apply to first offer only. Additional offers will incur additional cost.

Cancellation

10 days written notice and $75 cancellation fee.

¹Agent Fee's

MLS requires payment of a "Co-op" Fee to the buyers agent (the agent/broker representing the buyer) at closing.  The amount of "Co-op" Fee may be selected by Seller at time of listing. The "Co-op" Fees may be a percentage of sales price i.e. 3%) or a flat fee dollar amount.

Referral Fees

Referral Fees to other Brokers or Relocation Companies are NOT included in this plan.

Other Discounts

Other discounts may NOT be available with this plan.

Restrictions and Exclusions:

Jo Tipton Realty Services, Inc. supports Fair Housing practices. Listings are taken in compliance with all applicable Fair Housing laws. This offer is extended only to owners of owner occupied, single family homes, townhomes and condominiums in the Greater Dallas./ Ft. Worth Metroplex. Other types of property including non-owner occupied properties, special situation properties, investment properties and properties in outlying areas may be excluded. Other discounts and special offers may not apply. This offer is also restricted to those properties deemed "saleable" by Jo Tipton Realty Services, Inc. at it's sole discretion. Special situations and unique properties may require an adjustment of services and terms from those shown herein. Jo Tipton Realty Services, Inc. reserves the right not to list any property.
