Listing your property in the Realtor's MLS provides your listing to all Realtors in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex. The cost is variable depending upon services actually utilized and the 'Other Services' you select. No Representation of a Realtor is made with this plan. This is the first of two on-line forms to list your home. Listed below are the required agreements that we need to list your home. Hourly Rate	Broker services not otherwise mentioned - Please note that Broker's Hourly Fee for services not otherwise mentioned (if requested or required) is $126.000 per hour. ²a retainer will be required	$125/hr²

²Terms	Payment is due before services are rendered and non-refundable. Services are only billed and payable when actually used. Cancellation	10 days written notice and $75 cancellation fee.
¹Agent Fee's	MLS requires payment of a "Co-op" Fee to the buyers agent (the agent/broker representing the buyer) at closing. The amount of "Co-op" Fee may be selected by Seller at time of listing. The "Co-op" Fees may be a percentage of sales price i.e. 3%) or a flat fee dollar amount.
Referral Fees	Referral Fees to other Brokers or Relocation Companies are NOT included in this plan.
Other Discounts	Other discounts may NOT be available with this plan.
