Listing Plan B - Discounted Full ServiceThis is a "full service" plan with a difference. By letting you take a little of the risk up front and cutting out a few frills you can save money at closing - particularly on an expensive home. The plan Includes MLS, Internet, and the other basic necessities. Plan 'B' provides the essentials (Including MLS) needed to market and sell your home. The Seller's cost is less than most traditional plans; services include:

Plan 'B' is not available for homes listed at less than $100,000. | |
The Plan 'B' Broker's Fee is less than traditional plans because the Seller takes on some of the marketing risk. Plan 'B' features a small up-front non-refundable fee with the balance of the Broker's Fee paid at closing or as otherwise provided in the listing agreement. | |
1Agent Fee's | MLS requires payment of a "Co-op" Fee to the buyers agent (the agent/broker representing the buyer) at closing. The amount of "Co-op" Fee may be selected by Seller at time of listing. The "Co-op" Fees may be a percentage of sales price i.e. 3%) or a flat fee dollar amount. |
