Disclosure of Potential Foreclosure ___

Copies of the most recent mortgage statement(s) ___

Lender letter(s) of default specifying loan account numbers and telephone contact numbers for the Loss Mitigation department. ___

Copies of your most recent tax return (w-2's could also be used) ___

Copies of your two most recent pay check stubs or statements ___

Copies of your most recent bank account statement(s) ___

A letter, written in your own words, outlining the facts associated with the hardship that caused your financial distress. ___ Examples

Information about your other assets – car, boats, second homes, investments
Information about you other debts, second mortgages, home equity loans, car loans, credit cards, outstanding judgments
And just when you think you’ve given them everything – they will ask for more.
