REQUIREMENTS FOR YOU TO OBTAIN YOUR CASH REBATE:

• Before you visit the properties you MUST register with Jo Tipton Realty. by requesting a rental search and providing us your name, phone number, email, that's it!

• You MUST put your agents name and Jo Tipton Realty on the guest card and application where you lease.

• The property you choose MUST be on the list that your agent has given to you.

• It HAS to be a NEW lease and you cannot be an employee of the owner or management company. (New lease is defined as never having lived at this property or another property with the same management company). Renewing your lease does not make you eligible for this offer.

• The name on the lease is the only one to be given the gift.

• Lease term must be considered standard lease and not short term (at least six months).

• To receive your cash rebate, per lease, let us know where you lease and when. We will also need the apartment number. Deadline is 30 days after the date you moved in.

• The property where you lease MUST approve the rebate to be awarded to you.

• The property must first pay the referral fee to Jo Tipton Realty before gift may be sent.

• Rebate based on first month rental amount.

• Monthly rental amount must be at least $600

• Property must pay 50% of one months rent to Jo Tipton Realty

• Private owned property rentals are not eligible for rebate promotion.

When will I receive my cash rebate?

After you tell us where you leased (don’t forget it has to be within 30 days from your move in date), we will receive our referral fee from the property.  'Generally' you can expect your gift check from us days after you send your request and have moved in.

Is there any way I will not get my gift?

Yes...  If the property refuses to pay our referral fee or does not agree that you’re receiving the gift. The Real Estate law requires that everyone is aware and in agreement.

Will the property change my rent amount or not give me any move in specials?

Apartment communities in our database use us as a form of advertising.  In their eyes we are promoting their property to the public.  Move in specials can and do change minute by minute.  However receiving your gift or using our services will not affect your rent or specials being offered at the time you lease.

How many times can I use this service?

If you meet all the requirements you can receive the gift 'again'.... as long as the promotion is still offered  the next time you move.
